our fee. That portion is determined by the contract between you and the company.
The higher the premium paid by you, the more generous the reimbursement.
The estimated patient copay and deductible for the treatment rendered must be paid
in full on the day of service. Please understand that you are ultimately responsible
for all fees generated by your treatment.

Payment Plans/Financial Policies
Our objective is to present you the financial options and education to help you
make proper decisions on the dental treatment you need and desire. We offer several
payment options to allow your dental treatment to fit your personal budget. For
your convenience, we accept cash, money orders, and most major credit cards, checks.
We offer financing through Care Credit, Simple Select. Financing with Care Credit,
Simple Select is convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plans for dental
treatments.
Our primary goal is not to allow the cost of treatment to prevent you from benefiting
from the quality care you need or desire. In our office, we strive to maximize your
insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable.
Our fees are based on the quality materials we use and the time, effort and skill
required in performing your needed treatment. We charge what is the usual and customary
for our area. We will assist you with your benefit eligibility before treatment
to help you calculate your costs and maximize your insurance. We will be sensitive
to your financial circumstances and do everything possible to help you achieve oral
health.
We appreciate the opportunity to serve you! We’ve found that a clear understanding
of our financial policy in advance of dental care helps to relieve some of the anxiety

If you have recently lost your dental coverage, or have never had dental coverage,
then you can take advantage of our special offer for all our new patients below.
We also offer our Dental Savings Plan for patients with no dental insurance but
wish to establish a long term relationship with us.
$159.00 for patients without dental insurance. Offer Includes Comprehensive Exam,
All Necessary X-rays, And Regular Cleaning. (Not Applied To Third Party Insurance)
